Special Olympic European Football Tournament - 2018

On April 22-27, 2018, the Special Olympic European Football Tournament was held in St. Petersburg, Russia. Special Olympics Azerbaijan’s team was within the list of 16 participant teams from 12 countries.

Initially, our team played games with Uzbekistan (0:4) and Slovakia (0:0) for group division.

Afterwards, our team collected 4 points in Group C.

At the next stage, Special Olympics Azerbaijan’s team won the 3rd place by defeating the Faroe Islands with a 6-0 score.
